We offer production Turning & Milling with our late-model Mori-Seiki, Hardinge, and Bridgeport Machine Tools. Our customers include the automotive, airline, electrical, medical, military, and off-road vehicle industries. In addition to machining copper, brass, aluminum, and titanium, we also have experience with gray-iron castings and stainless steel. Machining Concepts, Inc. was founded in 1995 to satisfy a market need by medium to large manufacturing companies for an engineering partnership arrangement with a precision machining company.

The Company, with its high skill base and breadth of experience is capable of producing a machining process for a prototype or existing design resulting in consistent quality, reduced cost and improved delivery times to meet customers' most demanding needs.

The Cedarburg, Wisconsin, facility produces a full range of precision-machined products using high quality CNC machines and cell manufacturing techniques. It is located approximately 20 miles north of downtown Milwaukee and is a modern manufacturing facility, with good road links and space for further development and expansion.

The Company is proud of its record of providing and maintaining high quality in both product and service to its customers. This is accomplished through a tight product quality assurance program to guarantee specification, conformance and reliability. The quality program is controlled from production, inspection and distribution of their products to agreed delivery schedules.
